Cat food

Our range is based on a low-carbohydrate, high-protein formulation adapted to the needs of your cat, a lifelong carnivore!

A good nutrition can make all the difference

For your cat's health, and apart from your love, nothing is more important than offering your cat the right nutrition. A good nutrition is key to keep him in good shape and limit the risks of developing health troubles.

A good nutrition is a balanced nutrition that will fulfill his nutritional needs as a strict carnivore, as well as the specific requirements based on his age, lifestyle, body and health condition. In any case, it should respect a Low Carbohydrate / High Protein formulation, which is the basis to meet carnivore needs. It should also include a large proportion of animal proteins, which are essential to providing a good urine pH and a healthy skin. Your cat's diet should also incorporate high quality and highly digestible nutrients. That's what we offer with VETERINARY HPM® diets. Our complete range of physiological and dietetic diets follow the same nutritional philosophy : cats are carnivores and should be fed as such, with high level of proteins, mainly of animal origin, and low levels of carbohydrates.

By nature, cats are small drinkers, which can lead to very concentrated urines and urinary troubles like crystals, stones and cystitis. That's why, in addition to our full range of dry diets, we now propose 2 wet diets dedicated to supporting urinary health in cats by reinforcing their hydration. With these new wet diets, you can now get the benefits of wet food in VETERINARY HPM® quality. Combining our wet diet with our dry diet will provide your cat with an optimal mix covering both his nutritional requirements and his needs in water. You can for example give your cat one pouch a day of Adult cat wet and complement with the good ration of our Adult cat kibbles. In certain situations like urinary trouble, 100% wet Urology wet diet could be recommended by your vet.

Skin / coat beauty

Proteins play an important role as they are an essential component of the skin and hair. Hair is 95% protein and almost 1/3 is used for skin renewal and hair growth. The role of protein is therefore fundamental to the beauty of the skin and coat.

Weight control

By promoting satiety and the development of lean body mass (including muscle) rather than fat, protein helps dogs and cats maintain a healthy weight. Fibre is also added as well as L-carnitine to help limit fat storage.

High digestive tolerance

A food that is too rich in carbohydrates can be poorly tolerated and cause loose stools and unpleasant odours.
Low carbohydrate levels, well digestible proteins and the addition of functional ingredients (lactobacilli, montmorillonite, sepiolite, etc.) help to maintain good digestive tolerance.

Tartar control

Pentasodium triphosphate supplementation helps to limit plaque and tartar formation and contributes to good oral health.

Urinary health

By stimulating drinking and promoting naturally acidic urine, protein helps to maintain good urinary health.
A functional ingredient, cynarin, is also added to help dilute his urine.

Kidney function

High protein content contributes to efficient water turnover in the body. Controlled phosphorus intake helps maintain good kidney health.

Low source of food allergies

To avoid food allergies, our food does not contain beef, dairy, egg, wheat, corn, gluten or soy (ingredients that can cause food allergies), which reduces the risk of food intolerance.

Joint and muscle support

The high protein content helps to maintain muscle mass. Chondroitin and chitosan supplementation helps maintain joint elasticity.

Low glycemic index

A diet rich in protein and low in carbohydrates will stabilise blood sugar and insulin levels but also improve insulin sensitivity.

Immune support

Supplementation with beta-glucan (brewer's yeast wall extract) promotes the cat's acquisition of its own defence system.
